Lifestyle Therapy Solutions is a provider of occupational therapy. Founded by a registered Occupational Therapist, Lifestyle Therapy Solutions aims to provide every person and family with a unique solution tailored to their individual needs. Therapy interventions that do not fit into a person's life, unique circumstances, and interests have a low adherence rate once the therapist leaves the site, and thus have been shown time and time again to have minimal long term effectiveness in assisting a person to reach their goals. The most 'textbook' solution may not be the best one for your case. Access therapists and therapy assistants that can help you achieve your goals and get the most out of your everyday life, the way you want to live it. Our therapists are creatives who want to understand you and your real life situation to have a real outcome with you at the centre.

We provide a wide variety of services to people with disabilities, largely NDIS participants, of all ages, based in the Macarthur Region of South West Sydney. If you require occupational therapy services, reach out so that we can discuss your needs and tailor an assessment or service to you. 

We have extensive experience in providing functional capacity assessment, manual handling training, assistive technology prescription, major and minor home modifications, and providing ongoing therapy intervention for children and adults.

Heather has been working as a registered occupational therapist since 2016. She has a lifelong passion for advocating for those experiencing injustice, difficulty, or disadvantage. She is keenly determined that her clients should have the right to live their lives the way they choose and access the help that may be required to do so. 

Heather has worked in the disability sector in the NDIS space for the past 6 years as an occupational therapist, and during her studies spent a number of years working as a disability support worker.

Prior to working in the NDIS space she spent 2 years working as an occupational therapist in injury management and return to work services.
